Australian trees, t-trees and Eucalyptus belong to this guava family. Historically, its cultivation originated in South American country Peru, thousands of years back. This has been established during digging of ancient ruins by the discovery of its seeds along with other nuts, corns and other seeds. Guava is now being cultivated in almost all hot countries and is well tolerated by extreme seasons.

1: Guava contains Vitamins A, b and C, which are helpful in enhancing body immunity. One hundred gram of guava contains almost 230 milligrams of Vitamin C, its daily requirement    is just 60 milligram for a human body.

2: Because of these Vitamins, Guava is very useful in curing toothache, nasal bleeding and  stopping internal bleeding due to ulcers and other diseases, like hepatitis. Guava leaves are also useful for different ailments. By chewing fresh guava leaves, toothaches can be controlled.
